Welcome to MonoHubsy, the domain MonoHubsy.digital offering mono-structured hub systems. By accessing our website and services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of all products and services provided by MonoHubsy.

2. Services

Mono-structured hub systems include on-site consulting, system design, installation support and remote integration planning. Payment is due upon scheduling and completion.

3. Information Products

Digital content, guides and training materials are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon purchase; all sales of information products are final.

4. Goods

Physical items offered by MonoHubsy are subject to stock availability. Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for refund.

5. Refund Policy

Services

To qualify for a full refund, request must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. Requests made later are declined due to resource planning. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

Information Products

Due to immediate access to digital content, all sales of information products are final and are not eligible for refund.

Goods

Customers may send back eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon receipt, MonoHubsy will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled once at no extra cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made later may incur additional charges or may be declined.
